World first real estate app launches with major global backing

How real estate is listed and sold is being revolutionised with the launch of global short-form video marketing app, Ten Sixty.

Founded by Matthew Snowden, the fun, free and social app is designed to make marketing real estate around the globe easier and more accessible than ever before.

“Currently, there isn’t another global real estate platform,” Mr Snoden said.

“Ten Sixty is a destination where people can view property across the world and connect with agents,” Mr Snowden said.

Already, thousands of the world’s top agents are using the global app, with The Rubinstein Group Founder Gavin Rubinstein named as Ten Sixty’s Australian ambassador.

The app allows agents and agencies to bring properties to the market for free in just 60 seconds using short videos.

Agents can film videos with their phone or professionally and upload to the app featuring music of their choice in an authentic, fun and social way.

Some of the world’s most high-profile luxury agents are already listing their properties on Ten Sixty, including New York and LA’s top luxury teams such as: Herman Chan – Sotheby’s Golden Gate Sotheby’s number one agent, the Jills-Zeder team, Joyce Rey team (the number one team in California), Georgina Jacobson (Coldwell Banker top luxury agent) and Richard Steinberg, a top luxury agent at Compass New  York.

Listing properties on the app is free and buyers can ‘follow’ their favourite agents.

Home buyers and renters can instantly find or search for properties and then chat with agents in real time about the property.

“This social network app allows agents, property managers and home lovers to foster real, authentic connections and offers a new and fun medium to quickly showcase and move  property,” Mr Snowden said.

People can search by price, agent name, location, hashtags or key words to find properties in your chosen area or nearby. Users won’t just see trending videos; they will see videos related to their recent searches and location.

“The world loves luxury listings and Ten Sixty provides the chance to view some of the most expensive and stunning properties globally,” Mr Snowden said.

Right now, anyone can download the app and watch amazing walk-through tours of some of the world’s most expensive houses for sale and for rent, (including a $67 million mansion in  London), a $32 million house in Beverly Hills, $30 million beachfront home in the Hamptons, listed by some of the world’s top agents – all filmed in a unique, authentic and immersive way.
