1. Being an entrepreneur nowadays has been more challenging. How would you state this?
I don’t think it’s that difficult these days, although it’s obvious that things could go wrong at any time. But if you want to take that in, you have to work hard and keep at it. You chose the entrepreneurial path, which kept you up at night and prevented you from feeling at rest for years. Millions of young people now can become conscious and continue producing new things thanks to modernization, which has increased competition to create the best possible product with a marketable impact. If you want to embrace difficulties, invest in the talents of your employees, look for passionate candidates, and make your workplace feel like a second home for your personnel.

2. What was your ideology behind Innovidesign?
The guiding principles of Innovidesign Lab were to pursue our shared enthusiasm for writing imaginative copy, creating eye-catching designs, and launching marketing campaigns that would surpass the competition and allow firms to find their voice. The inspiration for the rest of this was our team’s success at IEED 2016, an event organized by the State Innovation Cell, P&D Department, and Government of Odisha in conjunction with IIT, Bhubaneswar. By simply adding the word “design” to the term “innovi,” a close friend of mine came up with the moniker “Innovidesign Lab.” We rapidly concluded that we wanted it since it embodies who we are and what we have always been interested in. We made it very clear that we wanted the work we generate to reflect who we are in the industry. We often compare our current efforts to past ones since we are our own worst critics. Brands can now do more than ever before with the end-to-end solutions provided by Innovidesign Lab, starting with data-driven strategy and moving on to data-fueled creativity.

3. Where and how was your childhood? Did you always want to be an entrepreneur from your young days? What intrigues you?
I had a fantastic upbringing because I was the only child and the center of attention for the entire family. No reports of physical altercations or wounds that took a while to heal with any of my siblings, to my knowledge. It was lovely beyond words, and I wish I could go back in time and recreate those experiences.
Since I was a little child, I’ve wanted to be an engineer and have developed a keen interest in electronics and computers. I eventually became interested in branding and creative writing. The only thing I was certain of was that I would like to have my own business, and this prevented me from remaining secure with 9 to 5 employment. I was fascinated by brand stories back then, and I’m still fascinated by impactful advertising campaigns and creative content that’s produced with a purpose. I am drawn to creativity in everything, which gives me the impression that there is still a long way to go.

4. What are the basic minimum skills one must learn before getting into Digital marketing?
I’d say it simply, using only common sense. To understand what a specific brand stands for and what needs to be done to reach its target clientele, I believe the marketing industry only needs a minimal level of common sense. However, if you’ve decided to pursue a career in digital marketing, you should keep improving your skills over time and discover how to integrate your knowledge into precise growth targets, connecting stakeholders and KPIs through an individualized strategy.

5. What are your plans and changes that you want to add to your forum?
Regarding the unknowable future, we are indeed confident and quite enthusiastic. To transform concepts into products using innovation and technology, we want to combine them with our experience. We would work to create a collaborative learning environment that would encourage fruitful idea sharing.

6. Lastly, what will you address to all the young entrepreneurs reading this?
Consider unconventional ideas and put all of your heart and energy into making them happen. Invest in your goals and keep in mind that you owe no one anything; only yourself.
